Fiat 124 Familiare grips

When you are restoring a Fiat 124 Familiare, it's crucial that all items are bagged and labelled. And even if you have done that...  sometimes the build up, can be a little confusing. Take this for example...   On the ceiling above the doors, are grips (or handles). Building them back on you discover that they are not all the same...  two of them have coat hooks on them, one doesn't. Did I loose anything? Is 1 hook on the garagefloor? Facebook to the rescue! Just ask...  and there is always a fellow Fiat 124 enthousiast that can inform you on the details you won't find in the manual or parts catalogue. For European cars (non UK): Driver side (front left)                    no grip Passenger side (front right)        one grip - but without coat hook Rear left                                ...

Bumpers

There are several versions of the bumpers for the Fiat 124 Familiare. The car was introduced with the small "overriders" with the small rubber pads fitted on them, both front and rear. Used at least in 1966, 1967, 1968 and 1969. What's a Fiat 124 Familiare worth?

The Familiare (Estate) version of the original Fiat 124 is relatively rare. After all, the Berline (sedan) and the Spider version were made in large numbers, were the stationcar Fiat 124 was only build in a short time frame and in relatively low numbers. original Fiat 124 press photo Now years later, the 124 Familiare is well sought after.
